Music industry have changed over the years..

Alright guys, whats going on? Today I'm here to talk about if Rock n Roll is dead. Now, a recent interview with Anthrax lead guitarist conducted my Ultimate Classic Rock, got me thinking about what the music business has came to. The bread and butter of any artist is album sales. But it seems that many people seemed to have stopped buying albums since the dawn of the internet age. I think most can agree that the music industry has changed drastically since the internet age and record sales now seems to be the thing of the past. Does this mean this could potentially hinder real, genre-loyal performers, artists, bands and etc from coming up in the business? Has music suffered in quality and authenticity over time?
