Chris Broderick Left Megadeth?

So, right quick here guys, for those Megadeth Fans out there, in case for those who didn't know, roughly about a month ago, Chris Broderick left the band because of some musical differences and he decided to leave and pursue his own path. Now, my biggest question as a pretty big fan is why members keep leaving the band? Its a revolving door. Granted, having new members every so often provided Megadeth with a new sound every time. But is it worth it? According to Dave Mustaine, he says that "...if the fans only knew, they would be very happy." What does this means? I am not entirely sure. At this point it could be anything.
