So, recently, Metallica released a re -recorded version of the album, St.Anger. When this album first came out, it was anything but acceptable. I personally was convinced that Metallica has hit rock bottom in terms of what true metal was all about. The production in my mind was poor, the song writing was mediocre and the drumming in particular was just out right brutal. However, this new version of St. Anger was recorded by a few members from the band called, Grace the Skies, originally from the UK. You guys can go ahead and check it out, the full version of the album is available on YouTube as of now. I highly recommend listening to this revamped album. There is a significant difference between the new and old version of the album and most Metallica fans can appreciate this.
