Alright guys, I come bearing some rather interesting news today. It has come to my attention that Birdman will be loosing his condo in Miami pretty soon. It seems that when Lil Wayne announced his very potential of leaving Cash Money, this has created some serious financial problems for the record company relating to the release of Tha Carter V. According to Ivy Condo Association, Birdman has over $12000 in outstanding fees. Also, the $14.5 million dollar mansion that he was looking to renovate is also about to be taken away since no payments have been made to the construction company who has also filed a lawsuit against Birdman.
