Jay-Z, Beyonce and Timbaland being sued?

So guys, hows it going? Now a little interesting news yet nothing new in the music industry, Jay-Z, Beyonce and Timbaland are being sued by a foreign artist, Mitsou, over the song "Drunk in Love". Now apparently, there was permission granted by the artist to sample her song, "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" that was recorded back in 1995. But it seems that Beyonce had 'ruined' the song by over sexualizing it, so now the foreign artist is taking this to court. How do you think this will rule out? Leave your comments down below.
