FL Studio

Alright guys, Im here to talk about recording softwares out there that can be used that are worth mentioning. Today, I am going to talk about FL Studio in general. FL studio is one of todays leading brands in the recording industry.

Here is what the general layout of the software looks like.

I found the interface of the software was quite intimidating at first. And it still is.
I think that they could have done a little better on the interface including the little buttons up top of the screen, such as the metronome. tempo setting and etc, the essentials. However, getting used to it quickly isnt a problem.

One of the cool things about this software in particular is the plugin picker. Because of the vast amount of plugins there are, this makes picking and choosing a lot easier and also gives you an exact idea what is at your disposal. There are also many samples of audio files that can be used and makes an excellent training aid in learning the software itself.

To conclude. if you are looking to learn this might be a great tool to develop new sets of skills and just experiment, this is a great software to use. It also saves you quite a bit of money on equipment as everything could be done with just a keyboard and mouse.
